We are the only cabins right on the open waters of Lake Superior and fill up quickly so plan to make your reservations early.

Our 3 bedroom log cabin has a 2 night minimum requirement during the "off season" and from June 1 through September 30 can be reserved from Saturday to Saturday only.   All other cabins can be reserved with a minimum two night stay throughout the year.  We will accept a reservation for a one night stay depending on cabin availability.

We will need one night's deposit for each cabin you reserve for every week or partial week reserved. Because we turn away many families looking for cabins your deposit is non-refundable unless you notify us no less than 30 days before the start of your visit.  We cannot give refunds for late arrivals or early departures. and as we have no control over the weather or family misfortunes, we cannot provide a refund for these situations.

You may make your deposit with a credit card or a check.  If paying by check, we will need to receive it not later than ten days after the reservation is made.

Balance is due upon arrival, not departure.  If you make a reservation and do not show up, you are responsible for the entire amount less any nights we are able to rebook.

If there is a maintenance/housekeeping issue when you arrive, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will do everying possible to correct the situation.

If you are coming for winter activities and there is not enough snow for your activity, we will refund your deposit under these circumstances.

All accommodations are housekeeping cabins (which means that maid or cleaning service is not included in the rental price).  When you reserve a cabin with us, you are agreeing to leave the cabin in clean undamaged condition.  You agree to register upon arrival, accept responsibility for the activities of, and pay for, any damages caused by all members of your group including children, guests and pets.
